The Blogger Tag

Heya guys!

I was tagged by Amy from The Auburn Agenda (too long ago to even think about), who has an absolutely lovely blog if I might say so myself! Do give her page a visit, it’s as lovely as she is! This tag is to get to know other bloggers better and it’s seriously such a good idea! I definitely enjoy reading these and I sure hope you do too!

I’ve tagged a few other bloggers at the end of this post, but if you think this is fun, by all means, do it!! And don’t forget to let me know in the comments below so I can read! I love getting to know other bloggers.

On that note.. here are my answers!

Question 1: How tall are you? About 5’4

Question 2: Do you have a hidden talent? I have a talent for rolling my eyes at almost everything, sometimes I think they should just stay in the eye-roll position forever. HA! just kidding – that was lame. But no really, Ii roll my eyes too much.

Question 3: What’s your biggest blog-related pet peeve? I was actually just thinking about this today! When people follow you just to unfollow you once you’ve followed back.

Question 4: What’s your biggest non-blog related pet peeve? Loud-eating, if you know what I mean. I hate hearing people chew! Especially crunchy edibles like a bag of crisps.

Question 5: What’s your favourite song? If it means a lot to you by A Day to Remember and Cake by the Ocean by DNCE – totally different genres!

Question 6: What is your favourite social media website? I’d have to say Instagram! I love taking pictures.

Question 7: What is your favourite way to spend free time when you’re alone? Reading a book, watching something on Netflix or blogging!

Question 8: What is your favourite junk food? French Fries and Pizza!

Question 9: Do you have a pet/pets? If so, what kind and what are their names? I do actually! I’ve got a little dwarf hamster! His name is nacho.

Question 10: What is your number one favourite non-fiction and fiction book?  I don’t read all that much non-fiction, but I recently read Girlboss by Sophia Amoruso and really liked it! My favourite fiction would have to be Harry Potter – of course.. the book that got me into reading! But if I would have to say the latest one I really loved, I’d say The Selection by Kiera Cass.

Question 11: What is your favourite beauty product/tool? Urban Decay’s Vice Hitch-hike lipstick for sure! 

Question 12: When were you last embarrassed? What happened? I should be embarrassed half the time because of all the tripping over nothing and spilling/dropping things randomly and realising some things too late.. but I’m so used to it, I rarely ever feel embarrassed anymore!

Question 13: If you could only drink one beverage (besides water) for the rest of your life, what would it be? Does tea count? or maybe orange juice..

Question 14: What is your favourite movie? Oh wow, this is a tough one! I love most Bollywood classics and I love all the Marvel films. I really don’t have just one favourite!

Question 15: What was your favourite lesson in school and why? I’d have to say English. I was good at it and I got to read books! I also liked Biology, I’ve always had a fascination of how the human body works.

Question 16: If you could live anywhere in the world where would you live? I’m still working on figuring that out. But for now I think I’d say Santa’s village.

Question 17: PC or Mac? I’ve got a PC but really want to switch over to Mac soon!

Question 18: Last romantic gesture from a crush, date boy/girlfriend, spouse? A surprise in the mail: 3 bars of tony chocolonelys and a cute card!

Question 19: Favourite celebrity? Priyanka Chopra/Deepika Padukone

Question 20: What blogger do you secretly want to be friends with? Well, I’m already friends with the best! (Or at least I’d like to think so!!) Jacqueline and Morgan! If I could, I’d be friends with ALL the bloggers out there!! Through Twitter, I get to know so many other bloggers out there, which is where I’ve been following Amy and Caroline  who seem like the coolest people!!

Question 21: Who is your biggest inspiration? This is going to sound so depressing, but honestly, I can’t think of anyone right now.. is that too weird?

Question 22: What is your favourite blog to read? Oh no, I’ve got too many! I love reading everyone’s blog I’m following basically..

Question 23: What is your favourite high street shop? I don’t shop too much and much less at high street shops (which is why I wouldn’t even know honestly).. but I love places like New Look, Next, and Mango. I’m not sure if they’re considered high street, but that’s that!

Question 24: Are you in education or do you work? I’m currently doing a masters in Linguistics!

Question 25: What is one thing you are proud of? I am proud of making a decent life for myself after moving at the age of 17 when I barely knew how to make a plate of pasta let alone take care of myself. I moved across the world to study something I hated (I ended up changing study careers but, boy, it was tough!). Now I take pride in saying that I’ve lived alone for so long and made it through!

I feel like after these questions, you’d be able to get a sense of who I actually am.. I’d love to get a better sense of you too! So, I tag anyone who thinks this is fun and in particular:
